I am a Certified Birth Doula, based in New Jersey. I support families through their birthing journey gently using breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, comfort measures and overall birth education since 2019. ​ As a Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist, I help families transition into their new lives with a Newborn. ​​ I am a grandma of 5 (three boys ages 10, 7, and 5 and 1 year old twin girls) and mother of three ranging in ages from 10 to 31. Having given birth at three very different stages of my life and realizing how different each pregnancy was, for each stage of my life I'm not only qualified, but experienced to help anyone through their birthing experience with compassion and empathy. ​​
