Tanesha is a birth and postpartum doula, and newborn care specialist trained in lactation support who has over two years of experience and has supported over 100+ families. Tanesha is a Jamaican raised in Brooklyn, NY, a wife and mother of two. After she gave birth to her first child, she knew she wanted to become a doula because that experience gave her insight into the inner workings (and failings) of family planning, perinatal health, and childrearing support that women need. Her goal and desire is to help nurture and guide the families she works with to build their confidence as parents, whether it's their 1st or 5th time. Tanesha firmly believes that every individual deserves to be seen, respected, and supported on their unique journey.
